I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, depending on your goals, needs, and life circumstances. Some clients come to therapy seeking focused, solution-oriented support around a specific issue, while others choose longer-term work to address deeper patterns, trauma, or long-standing emotional challenges. We will regularly check in to make sure therapy is meeting your needs and remains purposeful.

Individual Therapy I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions. Therapy may be short-term and solution-focused or longer-term and insight-oriented, depending on what will be most helpful. My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care.

Trauma Therapy & EMDR For clients with a history of trauma or adverse life experiences, I provide trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR. This work is designed to help reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences that continue to affect daily life, relationships, and self-perception. Trauma therapy may be brief and targeted or longer-term, depending on the individual.

Couples Counseling I work with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and move out of cycles of conflict or emotional disconnection. Couples therapy is structured, goal-oriented, and focused on helping partners better understand each other and create healthier patterns of interaction.

Solution-Focused Therapy For clients looking for practical support and concrete change, solution-focused therapy emphasizes identifying goals, building on existing strengths, and developing strategies that can be applied immediately. This approach is often short-term and especially helpful for situational stressors, decision-making, and transitions.

How we can help

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT is a short-term, problem-focused form of behavioral treatment that helps people see the difference between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and free them from unhelpful patterns of behavior.

Counseling for Anxiety

When it comes to treating anxiety disorders, research shows that therapy is usually the most effective option. That’s because anxiety therapy - as opposed to anxiety medication - treats more than just symptoms of the problem.

Couples Counseling

All things can be improved, changed, and bettered with just a little support, no matter how big or small. With couples therapy, you’ll learn how to communicate your feelings and needs, and get what you want out of your relationship.
